Work around for fader assignment similar to MA

Cue 1: All on (no fx shutter open intensity 100%) (fades fine)

Problem I have is when you use the faders for cues 2-10 they are a mixture of FX engine based and fixture based effects. When you pull the fader down on Cue 2 it slows down the fx rate and amplitude. When I pull down Cue 10 it goes through all the 101 and 250 effects in the shutter channel (pulse, shutter etc)

Is there anyway of assigning the fader to only effect the value of the intensities of these? I'm thinking some kind of inhibitor with macro cues or something but not too sure.
