Timecodes vs Chases vs Cuelists

I'm trying to make a simple 3 step Cuelist for a live band setting.
The cue is triggered about 10 times over the course of the song, @ ~ 126 bpm, or .476 seconds per step.

I need to trigger the cue with one button press, it needs to run through all 3 steps, and then release itself (after 1.428 seconds aka .476X3) with a 1 second fade out.

I'm trying to figure out what would be the most ideal; Cuelist, Chase, or Timecode, and whether I should store it as a playback button or in a playback fader.

With a cuelist I will have to hit the go button 30 times. A Short Video will also be synced via dmx to Resolume, so 1 button press per occurance is ideal.

With a chase I don't see an option for releasing once complete. Also, I have Tap Sync Option, Use Timing, and Global Rate disabled. but the Chase Rate still is affected by multiple "Go" hits in succession. This is a problem because I can not have the BPM accidentally change at any point if for instance, I hit the go button twice.

With Timecode, I set the Timecode to On via Internal Clock in Settings. Is there a way to start the clock once Go is hit, and reset it once released?
