M-PC: Fixture settings: addable PAN Offset

For every fixture one can define PAN or TILT flip. But no PAN offset. That would be a great feature in my eyes if one would have the possibility to add a general PAN offset to a fixture. In my case we turned the fixtures in the rigg by 90 degrees
