Feature request -- timing only cues

Timing cues could extend the functionality of timing presets by recording just a timing preset into a cue.
For example:
-- Record a P/T cue with a fade time of 4 seconds
-- Record a P/T preset with no P/T info but a fade time of 8 seconds creating a P/T timing preset- this can currently be done
-- Record this P/T timing preset as a cuelist, or maybe override would be more appropriate - this can also be done, but has no effect on other cues, unless I'm doing something wrong
-- If the timing preset is not active, use the default fade time of the cue, 4 seconds in this example.
-- If the timing preset is active, when activated the P/T cue should follow 8 second fade time of the timing cue instead of the 4 seconds recorded in the cue itself.
-- An option in cuelist options could be created to ignore external timing cues if there is a cuelist that must maintain pre-recorded timing.as well as following cuelist priority.

This method would make programming and playback immensely quicker and more efficient. Instead of having an entire playback button page full of the same color cues with different timings such as different fade times and fanned delays, I could record cues for all of my solid and split colors, then record timing cues for 0s, 1s, 2s, 0>1, 1>0, 0>1>0, 1>0>1. To record cues for each timing option above would require 56 separate cues. Using timing override cues it could be done with 15.
