New Move\Copy\Delete Cue options

2. Cue State, option (for Copy Cue). We have the Active+ Inactive option, on the Copy toolbar, which is close, but does not apply FX values, if not recorded in the source cue.. So if I have Cue 1 with no FX, Cue 2 running FX, and copy Cue 1 to Cue 3, the FX will track from Cue 2...
