Feature Request - independent rate control of parameter groups

Program all position cues with a 2 second fade

Now depending on position of color rate fader, any color cue I activate could either snap in or fade variably. The same goes with position rate fader or any other parameter group. A cuelist option to ignore rate fader would be helpful as well
