Hello. My first time with an issue... thanks in advance for helping!

We have an asus all in one pc, Martin M-Touch Controller and 16 Blizzard Hotbox 5 RGBAW LED Cans. The system is very simple. The dmx cable is plugged into can 16 and then daisy chained back to can 1. Things have been working great for 2 years. All of a sudden, things don’t work. The first thing I noticed was that fixture 1 was outputting a dull green. Everything else was off. The controller and MPC software were working great, but the lights would not respond to any software commands. I took 1 can to the A/V booth for testing. The DMX address is 001. I created a new show, patched it but there is no response. When I navigate thru the hotbox menu, I can adjust the light, color and intensity. As soon as I plug in the dmx cable, which is connected to the controller, the dull green starts again. So I powered the can off, unplugged the dmx from the controller and only plugged it into the can. Plugged the power it and it came on as normal. As soon as I connect it to the m-touch it starts that dull green again. I tried different dmx cables and tested the 5-pin to 3-pin for continuity with my multimeter. Everything is testing good.

I reinstalled the MPC software with the instructions from the Martin website. Did all firmware updates to the m-touch and retested. Same results. My conclusion is that the M-Touch is no longer working, even though it is responsive with the MPC software. Something about the dmx signal out is not working.

Any thoughts?
